This private Edan contains two distinct houses spread across three acres. The property is about 1 1/2 hours from the airport in the North Kohola section of the Big Island. This rural property is about 15 minutes from the nearest town and 2 1/2 miles from the closest ocean access.. Located about 100 yards from the ocean with only a cow pasture between you and the ocean cliffs, this property is great for a family get-together or two families that would like to vacation together.

The first house has about 2,500 square feet of interior space and approximately 1,000 square feet of lanai or deck/balcony areas. It has three bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths, two private outdoor showers, a very large modern kitchen and large living room with many couches that can be used as an extra place for kids to sleep.

The second house has two bedrooms and 1 1/2 baths with a private outdoor shower. It is approximately 1,500 square feet with about 750 square feet of lanai or deck/balcony areas. The first bedroom is on the first floor and the other bedroom is in the loft, which contains a California King bed and a trundle bed.

Both houses have gas grills, beach gear, snorkeling equipment, outdoor furniture, and everything you will need to make your stay delightful.

The grounds themselves have a striking variety of lush flora, which envelopes and divides the property including hibiscus, birds of paradise, orchids, ferns, palms, an awesome gigantic Bayan tree, as well as bananas, mangos, papayas, oranges, lemons and soursop that are yours for the picking un season. Tropical sounds include the ocean, winds from the ocean and the ever-present coqui frogs at night.

Amenities include private concierge on the island, access to private chefs, massage therapists for on-site massages, grocery service, etc.

*** Dates to be mutually agreed upon - renovations are taking place on the property throughout 2022 - so nearly everything will be brand new when this item is available for use in 2023.
