A & A Lawn Care & Landscaping, Inc. will provide a full year (6 application) fertilizer and weed control program and an aeration and seeding up to a 30,000 square feet lawn for the 2022 season. Below is a description of each service. Contact us today to get started with your lawn care program.

Early Spring - This Early Spring application includes a fertilizer and pre-emergent herbicide. The fertilizer will promote early Spring green up and add proper nutritional value for the lawn while it is coming out from winter dormancy. In addition, a pre-emergent herbicide was applied to protect your lawn from crabgrass and grassy weeds.

Late Spring - The Late Spring application will provide a Spring fertilizer, a post emergent herbicide for broadleaf weed control. This will promote a healthy lawn, an additional pre-emergent herbicide will help to control any crabgrass and weeds that may still come up and control broadleaf weeds.

Early Summer - The Early Summer application provides a balanced slow release Summer fertilizer that will help maintain the color of your lawn without pushing growth. Also, a bio nutritional product is added to help with the soil. This application also contains broadleaf weed.

Late Summer - The Late Summer application contains a Nature Safe organic fertilizer to work organic matter into your soil where it needs it most. This application also provides broadleaf weed control on an as needed basis.

Early Fall - This Fall fertilizer will help green up the grass and help the lawn to recover from any summer stress. Also, broadleaf weeds that are present will be controlled.

Winter - This Winter application will thicken your lawn and also encourage new root development. The winter application for your lawn will Help store nutrients for your lawn's survival for the upcoming winter season.

Fall Aeration w/Over Seeding: Your lawn will be aerated with a core aerator. The plugs will be 2"-3" deep. This will allow more air and fertilizer to reach your root system of your lawn. Compaction of your soil will be a result of this process. Three-way tall fescue will be broadcasted throughout your lawn at a rate of 3-4lbs per 1000 sq ft.
