This beautiful set of African shooting sticks combines six solid brass take-down connectors that have been engraved by the artist with a decorative pattern, Rhodesian Teak shafts and hand-sewn, elephant hide tops. One of the bottom legs has a big bore quarter rib welded to it, displaying an image of a lion. The engraving is accented with sterling silver for a stunning contrast. Rhodesian Teak is the only wood to ever be declared a National treasure. While it is world-renowned for its beauty, it is very difficult to work with as it contains a lot of cross-grain and knots. Over $2,000 of raw lumber was hand-picked for this project and it only yielded enough for a few sets of shooting sticks. Includes a hand-sewn Cape buffalo carrying case made by the Courteney Boot Company. DALLAS SAFARI CLUB THANKS AFRICAN SPORTING CREATIONS FOR THIS 100% DONATION.
