Every Saturday and Sunday, the jazz brunch features a Cajun and Creole-inspired menu with both traditional and unique breakfast items. Live jazz musicians fill the room with "good, happy jazz". Or you can choose the 3-course dinner with wine pairing any night of the week, which starts with their world-famous Turtle Soup and ends with Creole Bread Pudding Souffle.

Visit the float den where the artists work year-round to build the spectacular floats and props for Mardi Gras and other parades around the world. Try on costumes, meet the artists, and sample some famous King Cake!
