The 2009 Pierre Gimonnet & Fils Cuvee Fleuron 1er Cru is round, voluptuous and racy. Its flavors explode on the palate with tropical notes. This champagne always has the best relationship between quality/price/and pleasure. 95 points.
The 2016 Domaine des Malandes Chablis Premier Cru Mont de Milieu could pair beautifully with the early courses of your meal (or by itself, just to enjoy). There are exciting flavors including a slight minerality. This is now entering its prime drinking time. 91 points.
And the 2013 Domaine Henri Gouges Nuit Saint Georges is fresh, intense and pure making you want to drink it. It is extremely well-balanced and with a persistent finish. 91 points.
