This "post card" Photograph was shot on a budding Spring day about 1905 and originally printed in Germany, in near-perfect registration. It shows an incredible view of Fountain Square and Kelly's Arcade looking East from Market St., now known as Fountain Ave. The nearly 40ft tall fountain that O.S. Kelly donated to the City in 1890 is prominent in the photograph and there are several "Grist Mills" rising in the background. Note also the two gentlemen leaning on the cannon. Kelly's Arcade was the second oldest Arcade in the United States when it was demolished in 1988. Full Color Print, Double-Matted & Professionally Framed by Frame Haven in a Solid-Wood frame behind U.V. Protective Glass Image: 10 1/2" x 15 1/2", Framed: approx. 17" x 22"
