Flying Squirrels Charities Donation Page

Flying Squirrels Charities mission is to provide youth in our community access to athletic and educational opportunities through the game of baseball/softball. We aim to create a positive impact while bringing the FUNN to all we do! 

All-Star Legacy Fund: One (1) $5,000 scholarship to a student-athlete committed to improving their community.
 

Richmond 34 Scholarship: One (1) $2,000 scholarship, renewable for all four years attending school, to a student attending Virginia State University and one (1) $2,000 renewable scholarship to a student attending Virginia Union University.

Ways we've helped the community in the past:

1. Richmond Renovating Recreation  |  FS Charities was created in 2014 to improve 16 youth baseball fields in the surrounding areas with the help of the Richmond City Parks and Recreation Department. Some of those field projects include Bellemeade Field, Blackwell Field, Fairfield Field, Henderson Complex, Hotchkiss Field, Martin Luther King Jr. Fields, Powhatan Community Center, Summer Hill Playground, and Westover Community Center.
   
2. Donations |  FS Charities has raised money for other non-profit partners, including The Holli Fund, Community Foundation, The Robins Foundation in collaboration with RVA Strong, Richmond Education Foundation, Nourish Henrico, Chesterfield Food Bank, VCU Health Rainbow Fund, and various Little League Associations around the metro Richmond area.
