Additionally, you will receive a private 30 min yoga and core stability session with Rochelle Ballard before on land. A restorative picnic lunch will be provided.

Pancho Sullivan-

In 1998, 2000, and 2003, Sullivan won the XCEL Pro at Sunset; in 2004, he made the semifinals at the Pipeline Masters and won the Backdoor Shootout. The following year, at age 32, he became the oldest rookie competitor ever on the WCT. In 2007 he was the 7th-ranked surfer in the world. In 2008, just after retiring from full-time competition, continuing his career arc, he snagged one more XCEL title. As of 2013, Sullivan was a regular commentator for pro tour webcasts, especially at Rip Curl-sponsored events. "In waves that matter," Surfing magazine noted, "Pancho has become one of the best surfers in the world." He appeared in nearly two dozen surf videos, including Aloha Bowls (1994), Feral Kingdom (1995), and Tripping the Planet (1996).

Rochelle Ballard -
2012 ISA World Master's Champion is now a retired Professional World Class Surfer. In her 17+ years of professional competition, she won several events and was the runner up to the World Title in 2004. She was voted most popular surfer in the Surfer Magazine Poll from 2000-2002. She still holds the record for two perfect 10 barrel rides in a single heat set in 1997. She is considered one of the best female barrel riders and is known for pushing the limits in women's barrel riding and big wave surfing for the past two decades. She was also featured and surfed for the lead in the box office hit Blue Crush. Stepping away from the World Tour in 2007, her longevity as a world class elite athlete is rooted in her commitment to quality, balance, and a healthy, sustainable lifestyle.
