Gather your squad and get ready to "sip, sip rosé!" The winning bidder and up to nine guests will taste and learn from the sommeliers at Amali, whose 400-selection wine list has been called "daring" by the New York Times and "one of the best Mediterranean selections in Midtown," by New York Magazine. You and your guests will taste and learn about the range and variety of rosés in the Mediterranean, and how to pair them for your next dinner party or night out. And if you've still got room for more, you have the option of extending your experience by adding dinner.*

This package includes:

• 2-hour time slot in a private, enclosed dining space for 8-10 guests
• A 20-minute wine tasting session accompanied by Mediterranean dips and charcuterie
• Rosé poured freely for the allotted time

Restrictions:

• Time & Location: Start time between 5:30 and 6:30. Preferred days are Mondays, Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays.
• Blackout Dates: November 25 - January 1, Holidays/Holiday Weekends, most Tuesdays-Thursdays except in July, August, and January.
• Timing and reservations subject to à la carte and private dining reservations.
• Gift certificate is not transferable to dining credit and is exclusive of gratuity which is suggested.
• Amali reserves the right to reschedule the event up to 24 hours before the event. We endeavor to schedule wine tasting gift certificates on days when this is least likely to occur to avoid this situation from the outset of scheduling.

*If you decide to stay for dinner, Amali requests that the party orders additional appetizers/entrees "for the table" and whatever wine is open at the time the tasting is completed will be "carried over" to your dinner and additional beverages, food, etc. will be charged at normal à la carte prices. We do ask to start the tasting within approximately 15 minutes of the scheduled start time.
