If you enjoy entertaining or simply love beautifully presented and innovative cuisine, this is the package for you. You and three guests will have a unique opportunity to spend a day in the world-famous kitchens of Pier Sixty at Chelsea Piers, one of New York City's most opulent venues, with business partner Alison Awerbuch '85, and join the Pier Sixty team as sous chefs!


Observe and work with both the savory and pastry teams as they set up and execute an event. You'll be involved in every step of the process, from prep to final plating, and you'll learn how Pier Sixty crafts their trademark hors d'oeuvre presentations. Pick up tips and tricks from the pros that you can implement in your everyday cooking. After preparing dishes in the kitchen, relax as you and your guests will be seated at a private table and will be served that evening's menu paired with elegant wines.

The winning bidder and three guests will go behind the culinary scene as acting sous chefs at Pier Sixty for a night followed by a private dinner with wine pairing for four.
