Lavish dinner in a cathedral? Yes, please! The winning bidder and three guests will dine at Redbird, located in downtown Los Angeles and owned by CIA alum Chef Neil Fraser '92 and Amy Koll Fraser. Set in the former rectory of a former 19th-century cathedral-turned-event-space, this dining experience is sure to be memorable and decadent.
If the venue doesn't take your breath away, the food will! Serving elevated, modern American cuisine that draws on the multicultural influences of Los Angeles, Chef Neil showcases the skills he honed at the CIA as well as working with chefs including Wolfgang Puck, Thomas Keller, and Joachim Splichal.
Redbird is Fraser's flagship, executing more than 100 events a year in the cathedral event space and more than 400 events in the 5 private dining rooms. Choose from the main dining room, which offers open-air dining under a retractable roof and views of the Vibiana bell tower and upper floors of the rectory; the lounge, with banquettes and views of 2nd Street; or the garden, an urban oasis under a canopy of olive trees.
The winning bidder will receive a $400 gift card to Redbird.
