HOW THE AUCTION WORKS

Auction Kick-Off Event - Wednesday, April 6 at 8:00pm

Our Auction Kick-Off Event will take place with a pre-recorded video at 8:00pm on Wednesday, April 6 on our Auction website at www.bhns2022.givesmart.com. 

VIRTUAL AUCTION

The Virtual Auction will be open for 48 hours beginning at 8:00PM on Wednesday, April 6 and will close at 8:00pm on Friday, April 8 at www.bhns2022.givesmart.com.  Please make sure to register on our Auction website. 

If registered, you will receive text messages with updates and reminders about your bids and the Auction.

PAYMENT

Your account will be charged at the close of the Auction.

Auction item winners will be notified by the school. Communication will include instructions for item pick up.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

All sales are final and subject to the terms of the donor.

All items are sold "AS IS" and Beacon Hill Nursery School does not warrant the quality or value of goods and services auctioned.

The auction item value listed has been provided by the donor and is an estimate of fair market value. Items have not been appraised unless so noted.

The amount you pay above the fair market value estimate is normally tax deductible as a charitable contribution. Please consult your tax adviser to clarify the amount of deduction.

Restaurant certificates do not include alcohol, tax, or gratuities unless specified.

Unless otherwise specified, all auction gift certificates must be used within one year of the date of the auction.

Dates and times of redemption are to be arranged between the donor and the winning bidder.

Beacon Hill Nursery School reserves the right to add or withdraw items, without notice, to or from the auction.

Each person bidding assumes all risks and hazards related to the auction and items obtained at the auction. Each bidder agrees to hold harmless from any liability arising indirectly from Beacon Hill Nursery School, their elected and appointed officials, members and employees, the auctioneer(s), the auction company and its agents and employees, the event organizers, sponsors, and/or volunteers connected with the auction.

All items MUST be picked up at Beacon Hill Nursery School, unless special arrangements are made. 

Receipt of purchases will be e-mailed to the address provided, unless otherwise instructed.
