Oooh! Do you love one-of-a-kind items? Hand-made craftsmanship? Musical instruments? This, then, is for you! You will love this Luthier-Salvaged East Indian Rosewood and Mahogany Box Guitar hand-crafted by Steve Denyes at Boxwood Guitar Company.
Acoustic guitar geeks debate endlessly about the merits of Rosewood vs. Mahogany. This guitar combines the two. The back is East Indian Rosewood. The sides are Mahogany with East Indian Rosewood accent strips. The top is solid Mahogany. The result is a warm, clear balanced instrument.

The scale length is 25.4". It has a forward-shifted, scalloped X-brace top and a ladder braced back. Virtually all the materials (except the tuners and the bridge pins) were salvaged from a major guitar manufacturer due to minor cosmetic flaws. The wood was pulled from their discarded pile, cleaned up, and given new life. This special instrument is certainly meant for playing but is beautiful enough to be a showpiece. Keep strumming! https://boxwoodguitar.com
