1If You Can't Visit, Bring the Vision to You with Glenstone Museum Art Books
These publications commemorate the opening of the Pavilions at Glenstone.
The building, designed by Thomas Phifer and Partners, was conceived as a series of 11 discreet pavilions surrounding a central water court. Contained within these pavilions are presentations of artwork, many devoted to single-artist installations. Six of these special presentations are accompanied by monographic publications, as well as the exhibition Louise Bourgeois: To Unravel a Torment in the Gallery.
Glenstone is a private contemporary art museum in Potomac, Maryland, 15 miles from downtown Washington, DC. The museum's exhibitions are drawn from a collection of about 1,300 works from post-World War II artists around the world
