  Restrictions: Sofa measures W 76" x D 30.75" x H 25.875 and weighs 59.5 pounds. The barrel chair measures W 30" x D 30.75" x H 25.875". Powerwashing of your home (3,000 square feet or less) will use appropriate pressures, chemicals and neutralizers. Work includes siding, eaves, soffits, foundation and brick steps where applicable. Additional areas are not included unless otherwise specified. Gift certificate expires November 6, 2022. The pet door is sized for small (pets up to nine pounds), medium (pets up to 40 pounds) or large (pets up to 100 pounds). Please note, labor is not included; however, it can be added for an additional cost. Wood delivery must be within a 30-mile radius of the city of Richmond. For the Sneed's Nursery services, you will need to take photos of the specific area of your yard that you wish to be designed and provide those on 8.5" X 11" paper to the nursery in advance. You will also need to provide measurements of the space and share details about the amount of sunlight it receives. An appointment for services is required. The Yard Works certificate expires November 30, 2022.
