Additional charges will apply for a guest count exceeding the limit. All booking requests need to be submitted 45 days in advance. Purchasers are responsible for a resort fee and tax of an estimated $11 per day. Rooms include the Grand Mayan Master Room. One- and two-bedroom upgrade options are available at the time of booking at a discounted rate based on availability. The package must be used within one stay. Airfare, food and beverages and activities are not included. There are no blackout dates, but reservations are subject to availability, and holiday fees will apply during travel taken within seven days of a holiday. There are no refunds for nights that go unused/unredeemed.
