This is a liquidation auction for Tennessee Farmers Cooperative (TFC) located in La Vergne, TN. The items are currently located at TFC's headquarters in La Vergne, TN. Viewing is available the week of the auction from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. CST.

The buyer is responsible for arranging shipping and delivery, along with loading the items. Items can be picked up at 180 Old Nashville Highway La Vergne, TN 37086 during the hours of 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. CST after payment has been received. All items are sold as is, no warranty, no guarantees. Titles to be transferred after payment has been received.

TENNESSEE BUYERS NOTICE: A tax rate of 9.75% will be applied to your invoice.

A buyer's premium of 10% applies to all purchases.

This Auction has a horse race style finish. Every time someone bids during the last 5 minutes of the auction the clock will extend 5 more minutes until no one bids for an entire 5 minutes. Please note that this countdown duration may be changed without notice during the auction.

SmartAuctions will invoice all buyers and release the lot after payment is received. PAYMENT IS DUE UPON RECEIPT. A credit/debit card will be required ONLY to verify identity of bidders, but you will not be charged for your purchases on your card UNLESS you choose that option or you have not paid for your purchases prior to 30 days after the auction closes. Your credit card will be charged if payment has not been received within 30 days after purchase or arrangements have not been communicated. If your credit card payment is declined at the 30 days your purchase will accrue an interest of 6%. If you pay with a card you will be charged a 5% transaction fee.
