Enter our open kitchen as our chefs prepare and plate dishes while you enjoy the show - and dig into to their creations. Chef Table: Our most intimate experience, you will have a first hand look at the attention to detail that takes place in the back-of-house at the best restaurants. Grab a seat around our counter and indulge as our chefs create a unique menu before your eyes and take note of the techniques applied while tasting each dish as it is prepared and presented.

Hands-on Class: Flex your culinary muscles in a hands-on cooking class unlike any you've taken before. Each group of 4-5 will create every dish on the menu, first sharpening up knife skills at the prep tables before taking it behind the flame to finish your dishes. Our chefs will walk you through the end-to-end process of creating a refined meal, covering kitchen safety, culinary techniques, and how to put a beautiful meal on the table. Once the cooking is complete you'll drop your aprons and enjoy your hard work around our communal table.
