About the Event

Join us for an evening of amazing art, great food, and even better company at our annual One Inspired Evening fundraising gala! The event will be taking place in-person this year at Venue West in Chicago, and will include:

Live music
Delicious food
Open bar
Art auction
Silent auction
Raffle
And more!

Each year we love bringing together a group of art, music and food lovers to support our work here in Chicago.

Cocktail or dressy casual attire is great! Come classy and comfortable.

For Your Safety

We are excited to be back together in person and want to ensure the health and safety of all our guests.
 
Inspiration Corporation takes the risk of COVID-19 pandemic very seriously and asks guests to take the following precautions:

 
We expect all guests attending the event be fully vaccinated and boosted.
 
We also ask that guests wear masks when not eating or drinking, in order to help minimize risk.
 
If you have been exposed to anyone with COVID-19 during the past five days OR if you are experiencing any COVID-19 symptoms, please remain home.
 
And, we strongly recommend that all attendees take an antigen test prior to coming to the event.

Inspiration Corporation will also be taking the following precautions:

All staff and volunteers will be masked during the event when not eating or drinking.
 
All staff and volunteers will also be monitoring themselves for symptoms and testing ahead of the event.
 
HEPA Air filters will be placed throughout the event space and will be running continuously during the event.

The Art and Artists of One Inspired Evening 2022

For more than 30 years, One Inspired Evening has included a juried art auction featuring art contributed by artists who believe in our work.

As a part of this year's auction, we asked the contributing artists to share a little bit about themselves and their work to celebrate their hard work and contributions to the event.

Virtual Support

If you are not able to attend the event in person, you can still participate in our silent auction and art auction virtually! Items for the art and silent auction will be published closer to the event right here on this site, and all those registered for the event will be able to participate from anywhere via their phone or computer!

About Inspiration Corporation

In an atmosphere of dignity and respect, Inspiration Corporation connects people and creates opportunity through access to social services, job training, housing, and food.

Each year, Inspiration Corporation works with hundreds of resilient Chicagoans facing a wide variety of barriers imposed by systems of oppression, such as homelessness, hunger, and social isolation. In order to help individuals and families overcome these barriers, we provide housing, meals, job training, scholarships, and homeless engagement services.

At Inspiration Kitchens, our social enterprise restaurant and job training facility in East Garfield Park, we provide training in the culinary arts, one of few industries open to people with multiple barriers. Learn more and hear directly from staff, participants, and graduates in our new video:
