This home is a spacious 3,200 sq ft, 7 bedroom, 4 full bathroom home on top of the mountain that sleeps 18.

Located in the Massanutten Four Seasons Resort in the beautiful Shenandoah Valley, the house features 2 forty-foot decks with view of ski slopes, stream, and golf course, cathedral ceilings, 2 family rooms with TVs, 2 fireplaces, a game room with a ping pong table and dartboard, stand-up arcade game, PlayStation 2 with 50 games and foosball table. Everything open to the public in Massanutten Resort is available to you including skiing, winter and summer tubing on the ski slopes, waterpark, GoKart Course, mini-golf, zip-lining, two 18-hole golf courses, fishing, horseback riding, etc. In summer you also have access to the Massanutten Property Owner's outdoor pool at Stonewall Terrace (this is inside the resort and close to the house). This pool is for use by property owners and their guests only.

Everything is provided at our home. All you need to bring are your personal items and food. Towels for water park and pool use are provided. You can walk to the golf course or fishing, and the ski slopes are 5 minutes away. The Appalachian Trail runs right by the home and the famous Skyline Drive has an entrance only 20 minutes by car.

Upstairs entry-level - 1 master Queen suite with foldout futon sofa, 2 double bunk rooms (sleep 8), kitchen (seats 6), dining room (seats 10), garage, great room with wood-burning fireplace, 2 bathrooms, deck access.
Lower Level- master King suite, two bedrooms with twin beds and another with a twin-over-double bed, great room with 55" HDTV, gas fireplace and deck access.

The Driveway is paved with ample parking for 3-5 cars. For the disabled or elderly, there is only one step from our driveway into our home. We do not allow parking in the garage.

The house is located inside of Massanutten Resort. Massanutten is fun for all ages 365 days a year. Massanutten offers skiing, tubing, ice skating, mountain biking, hiking, fishing, horse back riding, tubing and more. All Resort amenities are available to our guests (except Woodstone pools which are for timeshare guests). Most resort activities are an additional cost and many can be booked online before your arrival.

The house is only an easy 15-minute drive to Harrisonburg and JMU. The entrance to Shenandoah National Park at Swift Gap is 15 miles from the house and only 10 miles from the closest access point to the Shenandoah River.

Well behaved pets are allowed for an additional $100 per pet fee.

Smoking is not allowed in the house.

Restrictions & Conditions

1. The home needs to be booked within 6 months and the stay should occur within 12 months of the event date of 2/23/2021.

2. Once the stay is booked it may not be rescheduled.

3. The stay is subject to availability. The availability calendar may viewed on the VPMS website by selecting the Sungrazer page. https://vpmadesimple.com

4. The home must be booked on a non-holiday period. Exclusions include but are not limited to: May 27-31, June 17-19, July 1-5, Sept 2-6, Nov 23-27, Dec 23-Jan 2, Feb 12-15.
