Duck Hunting Experience with Josh Thompson

You and up to two guests are invited to join Josh Thompson (Vice President of Procurement and Fleet) for a delightful dinner followed by a full day of guided duck hunting. Trip will also include breakfast the next day. This will be a fully guided hunt in either the Eastern NC or Texas (winner to determine). Both locations presents some of the best duck hunting in the United States; guns, ammunition, waders, gear, etc. will be provided.

Winner will be required to sign a waiver and release upon arrival and obtain all mandatory hunting permits (assistance available upon request). Winner will be responsible for travel, transportation and lodging. The trip must be booked by June 2022. The winner will have up to two hunting seasons and several dates to choose from (Mid-November of 2021 through Mid-January of 2022 (very limited options), or same time frame in 2022/2023).

Note from EREF: A staff member will send an invoice after the auction has closed at which time the winner may remit payment by wire transfer, check or credit card.

Given the current COVID-19 situation, the outing is subject to change based on availability as well as local, state and federal requirements for travel and group events. The event will take place at a mutually agreed time. If this outing is not available, it will be replaced with a comparable outing. This is not a guarantee and circumstances may arise requiring the host to cancel the outing. In the event of a cancellation, the winner may request a full refund from EREF.

Credit cards will not be charged for outings.
