Welcome to the 2022 Heartland Bank Holiday Party Silent Auction to support the Heartland Bank Community Foundation! In an effort to modernize our auction and accommodate various locations, we are presenting all those sought-after and fabulous auction items in an online format. Accessible anytime and anywhere, we hope that you enjoy the power to bid right from your phone/desktop.

 

Let's get started!

Step 1 - Register for the auction (see a link directly below this welcome message).  You'll need to create a username and password and then provide the following information (name, home address, email address and mobile number).  You'll also need to agree to the terms and conditions.  Text messaging is the main form of communication during the auction, and you will be asked to agree to receive text notifications about your bidding on behalf of Heartland Bank and the Heartland Bank Community Foundation.

 

Step 2 - Once you've submitted the information above, you'll receive an email from Givesmart(our bidding site partner) with the subject, Holiday Party Notification, and/or a text with the heading "Welcome to the Holiday Party."  That email/text contains your personal link to the bidding site. 

 

Step 3 - Click on that personal link to the bidding site and then look for the MY INFO tab in the main navigation bar.  That's where you'll add your payment card.  Before the site allows you to bid on any item, you will be required to enter a payment card. That final step completes your registration.  

 

Step 4 - Start bidding!

 

Bidding on and Viewing Auction Items

From the bidding site - Look for the ITEMS tab in the main navigation menu - you will find complete descriptions and pictures of each entry!

 

Bidding is open from Friday, November 25 at 8:00 a.m. through Saturday, December 10, at 8:00 p.m.

 

Winning Bids

When the auction closes at 8:00 p.m. on 12/10, if you are the highest bidder for any item(s), you will then be notified by the bidding site and will receive follow-up instructions for checking out if necessary, otherwise your card will be charged directly. Note: The card you added into the system to start bidding will be the one charged for all your winning bids/donations.

 

Item Pick Up

Purchased items will be available for pick up from the back hallway near the associate entrance on Monday, December 12th from 3:00 - 5:30 p.m.

 

We will work with you for delivery arrangements for items purchased by all branch associates.
