The comfortable furniture oriented around the large stone fireplace creates a perfect setting to relive an exhilarating day on the slopes of the Steamboat ski area. A tv nook also allows for those in your group to stay on top of the score of the big game.

Next to the great room is a professionally equipped kitchen fit for any chef. With seating for four at the bar, it is also a perfect location to sit and enjoy a glass of wine while you watch your personal chef prepare a delicious catered dinner.

The dining table with seating for eight people is a great setting for family meals. Surrounded by large windows you can enjoy the location and culinary delights in a place that invites you to linger and celebrate your time together.

On the top level is the master king suite that boasts a fireplace and en suite bathroom with soaking tub and separate dual sinks. The second bedroom hosts a queen bed and en suite bathroom. The whimsical third bedroom also on the third floor is perfect for all of the kiddos with a two full beds and two twins including an en suite bathroom. On the lower lever there is a queen bedroom. This bedroom shares a bathroom with the lower living area.

In the recreation room on the lower level you can break out the board games or enjoy a movie together. This room is perfect for hanging out playing card games or practicing your foosball.

The deck has a magnificent view of the ski mountain. The Porches amenities are one of the biggest attractions to this neighborhood and include a 6000 square foot "barn" with heated outdoor pool and hot tubs, outdoor BBQ deck and fire pit, fitness center, kids' playroom, business center and great room. Ski access is easy with the Moving Mountains on-call shuttle service to the ski mountain and downtown district for restaurants and shopping.
