Malcolm has been a member of Richmond City Council since 1996 and Mayor of our great city since October 2001 and re-elected in 2002, 2005, 2008, 2011, 2014 and 2018. Before his election to council, Malcolm was a practicing Lawyer and had a long record of service to the Richmond in the community as a volunteer.

Christine has an equally long and stellar community resume - Rotary Sunrise, Success, KPU, and the Richmond Christmas Fund to name a few. Christine has spent her entire professional career in Richmond helping at-risk children and youth. Prior that, she supported children at risk in California and New York.
