The 2018 Cabernet Sauvignon is a blend of 82% Cabernet Sauvignon, 7% Cabernet Franc, 6% Malbec, and 5% Petit Verdot. Deep garnet-purple colored, it strolls nonchalantly out of the glass with open-knit scents of cre?me de cassis, baked plums, and stewed black cherries plus wafts of black truffles, cedar chest, and bay leaves. The full-bodied palate is packed with baked black fruits and savory flavors, offering a firm, grainy texture and just enough freshness, finishing long and earthy.
