As part of our ongoing effort to improve the guest experience, The Sea Pines Resort is in the process of redeveloping Harbour Town's iconic Quarterdeck, Waterfront Dining. Expected to open in spring 2022, the all-new two-story restaurant will feature a bar and dining area on the first floor and a rooftop oyster bar offering views of Harbour Town Yacht Basin, Calibogue Sound and Harbour Town Golf Links' famed 18th hole. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you. We are doing our utmost to minimize disturbance to our guests and have carefully planned construction to allow the continued access to the Harbour Town Lighthouse, pier and charter dock.

As with any residential community, guests may be impacted by the renovation of private homes and villas in Sea Pines. Construction is permitted between the hours of 7am and 7pm Monday through Saturday. Under special circumstances, those hours may be extended.

To ensure the health and well-being of our guests and staff, the resort has implemented a rigorous sanitization regimen and taken all the protective measures recommended by the CDC to prevent the spread of the coronavirus. Modifications to resort services, including indoor restaurant dining, also have been made to comply with the safety guidelines. In addition, some events and activities may be cancelled.
