This normally would be an approximate savings of 3% of the Market Value (final sales price) of your home. Meaning: if your home sells for $200,000 then this service could be worth $6000 to you!

The "Fine Print"

• This offer is subject to your also purchasing a home within the Roanoke Valley or Smith Mountain Lake (the area serviced by the Roanoke MLS), and allowing me to Exclusively represent you as your Buying Agent - at no charge to you - within 6 months of the sale of your home. This applies to your Principal Residence, Secondary Home (i.e. Vacation/Rental), and/or Investment properties.
• Upon the successful sale of your home, you will still need to offer compensation to the Selling Agent (negotiable, but often around 3%)
• If you decide not to sell within the next fourteen months, then this offer is Transferable to the party of your choice, at no additional charge.
