TERMS AND CONDITIONS: It is recommended that all booking requests be submitted a minimum of 45 days in advance, greater if you plan to travel during peak weeks. This is a members-only resort collection. No blackout dates, but all reservations subject to availability. Holiday fees will apply during travel weeks that include a major US holiday. Package is valid for a Grand Mayan Master Room, which sleeps two adults and two children, twelve and under. Additional charges will apply for guests exceeding the limit. Hotel/Resort taxes and fees, meals, room incidentals and airfare are not included and are the responsibility of the redeemer. Estimated room tax is approximately $11/day per room. All locations have an additional $150 resort fee, which includes one-way transportation services from the arriving airport to the resort. Concierge & Booking services included. Upgrades to One and Two Bedroom suites are available at the time of booking at a discounted rate and are based on availability. Package must be used within one stay. Packages cannot be combined. There are no refunds for nights that go unused/redeemed.
