Kavin Chambers, a local St. Louisan and owner of Smoked Artisan Barbecue, knows how to throw the ultimate tailgate. Kavin will provide a 60-minute private session for 10 guests in which he will walk your guests through the skills of properly smoking the three most coveted proteins: Berkshire pork shoulder, baby back ribs, and Black Angus Brisket. He'll give you tips and tricks to picking the proper cuts of meat, mixing artisan rubs, and the best woods to pair with each protein and more.
After the class, your guests will enjoy a full scope of BBQ dishes, artisan sides, and some craft beers while having the ability to expand their knowledge during the Lunch & Learn Q & A Session. Chef Kavin will be sharing what he believes is the secret to smoking the best brisket. Includes gift bag of BBQ goodies and samples of award-winning sauces and rubs handcrafted by Chef Kavin.
