Rose petals are placed on the ground along the Edmund Pettus Bridge for the anticipation of the last crossing of Rep. John Lewis during a farewell ceremonial crossing in Selma, Alabama on Sunday, July 26, 2020. A man placing the roses said they represented the blood that was shed on the bridge during Bloody Sunday.
