Edgar's Restaurant, one of Akron's fine dining destinations, opened at Good Park Golf Course in Akron. In 2012, Executive Chef Glenn Gillespie took over all operations and now privately owns and manages the restaurant. Since then, it has become one of Akron's top fine dining destinations. In 2015, Edgar's rebranded as the Cornucopia of Culture! Each week, Chef Glen creates a "weekly features" menu involving foods from a variety of countries, cultures, and styles. Patron favorites range from Creole Seafood to Greek Cuisine.
