It's your own private movie night at the Akron Civic Theatre for up to 100 people!

Get outta the house! Gather with family, friends or co-workers or any combination thereof, for an adventure in the beautiful and spacious Akron Civic Theatre. You and your guests will have the auditorium all to yourselves (with a tech person on duty).

Make it a theme night, a family night, an employee thank-you night, a very special date night or just a good old-fashioned movie night. You can dress up or dress down for a fun night on the town!

GUIDELINES
This PRIVATE MOVIE NIGHT can be used on a date to be determined with Akron Civic Theatre.

WHAT TIME CAN WE START OUR EVENT?
You can BEGIN your event any time between 1:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m.

HOW MANY PEEPS?
No more than 100 guests may be in attendance. More? Talk to us.

WHO SUPPLIES THE MOVIE?
You do. You must bring with you the DVD or Blu-Ray of the movie you would like to watch. In addition, please bring a second movie just in case that there is a technical problem with your first choice.

WHAT ABOUT FOOD AND BEVVIES?
You can bring your own food, soft drinks and water, but you cannot bring your own alcoholic beverages due to the restrictions of the Civic's liquor license. If you win this package, and so desire, you will be able to purchase a package of beers and wines from the theater.
