About Chef Luciano Pelligrini

Luciano Pelligrini is the executive chef and partner at the Velentino inside Las Vegas' The Venetian. Chef Pelligrini grew up in Italy and attended the esteemed San Pellegrino school. In 2004, he was awarded the James Beard Foundation's Best Chef in the Southwest Award. Pellegrini has perfected the art of melding traditional, authentic Italian cuisine with the modern flare and excitement of Las Vegas.
