Looking for a way to connect with your friends, family or coworkers? A private virtual class with Theo is a great way to bring your group together, no matter where you are. A class for just your group makes the perfect birthday celebration, remote team bonding activity or just an excuse to enjoy plenty of delicious chocolate.

Each live, interactive class is taught by one of our Theo chocolate experts, bringing you a wealth of knowledge about Theo, making chocolate, and of course, enjoying it!

How does it work?

We'll send each of your guests a box filled with chocolate and treats. Then, everyone joins one of our chocolate hosts on a private Zoom call where we'll start with the story of where chocolate comes from and a virtual tour of our factory so you can see how we craft our chocolate from bean to bar. The majority of the class will be our chocolate expert leading your group through a guided tasting of all the chocolate in their box. We'll end with a chocolate tempering demonstration and a Q&A. The average class lasts 60 minutes.

How do guests receive their chocolate?

We will ship your guests their chocolate directly. All addresses are required two weeks before the class date, and additional address may not be added after that date. Chocolate usually arrives 2 days before class date. Please note: we are unable to ship outside the United States.

What's included in each box?

Our Virtual Chocolate Tasting box includes 6 chocolate bars, a pack of Peanut Butter & Jelly Cups, and a small bag of cocoa nibs.

Each box also includes a tasting guide with helpful hints on how to taste chocolate as well as a special coupon, in case you need to stock up on chocolate after your class.

We've also had Theo Employees across the company compile a list of what they love to pair with the chocolate that is included in your kit. Your class will come with the option of downloading this digital pairing guide.

We are unable to accommodate substitutions or additions to each box.

How many guests may attend?

15 Guests. Guests are welcome to have a partner, family or roommate join them.

Auction items must be picked up from the Best Buddies Office by 12/15/2021 or they will be forfeited and donated back to Best Buddies. Auction winner is responsible for cost of any items that need to be shipped to them.
