Judd Williams Bio

Judd Williams is the Chief Information Officer (CIO) for the National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA). Judd oversees all aspects of strategic planning, budgeting, implementation, and support of technology initiatives across the national office, membership, and events. Prior to the NCAA, Judd has worked with the FBI, Northrop Grumman, and SAIC across the United States and United Kingdom. Judd has been honored by the Indianapolis Business Journal as a "Forty Under 40" and CTO of the Year recipient. Judd holds a Bachelors and Masters in IT from Auburn University, and a MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
