The guest en suite has an attached private balcony overlooking the beautiful Perdido Key, and the master suite and living room have spectacular gulf views and balcony access. Plus, the main bathroom has a large walk-in tile shower and a jetted tub for evening relaxation. When each dreamy day heats up, simply head down to the shared, seasonally heated pool or the sandy beach mere steps away and soak up some of the famous Florida sunshine. Guests can also enjoy access to a shared hot tub, pickleball court and tennis courts. When mealtimes come around, everyone can help out with whipping up a tasty meal in the full kitchen complete with a breakfast bar for entertaining. There are several units in the building that are being remodeled. Donors do not manage every unit in the building, therefore are not privy to the timeframe when work will be completed. Per the HOA, construction workers are allowed to work between 8:00 am and 5:00 pm.

Parking notes: Two-car maximum. If you bring more than two cars, you are responsible for finding public parking.
