This year's auction item follows YOU! From your own backyard, to the ski lodge you rented with friends, to a farm within GB Culinary's neighborly network - the choice is yours to experience any of the Colorado seasons anywhere. Your evening begins with a signature cocktail using spirits by Woody Creek Distillers and hors d'oeuvres to the tune of hand-picked local musicians. A curated multi-course menu then reflects in full the date of your choosing.

GB Culinary is helmed by Chef Grant Buchanan & Farmer Kaylinn Buchanan. Because farming is in fact menu planning, GB Culinary continues to plant their own produce and raise their own livestock as part of the community of Colorado growers. Year after year, GB Culinary brings sustainable menus to the table, creating technique-driven plates from both sought-after and forgotten ingredients. The result is an exciting presentation of ever-evolving Colorado cuisine that makes the most of what's grown. GB Culinary is a perennial partner of We Don't Waste, a member of Zero Foodprint and a recipient of the Slow Food Snail of Approval.

Please provide a minimum of 45 days advance notice for scheduling. Desired date is subject to availability. No Saturday availability during peak season. Desired location must be within 200 miles of Longmont, CO. Gratuity is not included in the package, though always appreciated. Signature cocktail libation included. Guests are encouraged to bring their favorite wine. Expires October 2024.
