Born and raised in Chester County Pennsylvania, Dan has spent the last decade crafting a highly anticipatory style of photography. With deep roots in live music and portrait photography, he learned to adapt to even the poorest of shooting conditions. Blending classic posed shots with organic candids Dan takes great pride in capturing moments that you didn't even know were happening.

Ernesto grew up surrounded by his father's family who were caterers of authentic Mexican cuisine, but it was his Mother, Martha, who taught herself how to prepare and cook a high-end cuisine. His Grandfather, Julio Mario, born in France, taught Ernesto about fine wines and how to pair the perfect wine to enhance the flavor of the prepared foods.

Ernest came to the US from Toluca, Mexico when he was 27 years old. He was fortunate to have worked with some of the best chefs in Philadelphia for the past 30 years. Now, he introduces flavors inspired by Mexico, Italy, France, and America to Sontuosa.

North Course

Like pouring cream into coffee, the North Course has enriched the entire experience at Stonewall. The North was built 10 years after the Old, and was also crafted by Tom Doak, based on a handshake contract made right after completion of the Old Course. Like its older sibling, the North Course is par 70, and features a trio of unique par 5's and a quintet of classic par - 3's. The five one-shotters vary dramatically in length and topography and each one of them traverses a unique compass angle. Thus ends the similarity between the two courses, as the North Course was intended to have its own character yet complement its predecessor. Whereas the Old Course is more challenging tee to green, the North Course green complexes are more difficult than those on the Old Course.

Faunbrook

The estate was designed by notable Philadelphia architect Samuel Sloan and built by William Baldwin in 1860. Baldwin topped it with a weathervane that depicted a faun and named it Faunbrook. The Inn stood in the midst of stately oak and chestnut trees with two ponds. The property was complete with swans and dotted with statuary, gazebos, and fountains.

Owner Lori Zytkowicz's favorite part of being an Innkeeper is cooking fabulous farm-to-table breakfasts for her guests and treating them to wine by the library fireplace.
