This beautiful, one-of-a-kind stained glass sunflower was made using the copper foil method, developed by Louis Comfort Tiffany in the late 1800's. The handmade frame is walnut and measures 26.5" by 26.5".
Antique glass border is from Naff Hardware, formerly in Chanute, Kansas. (Wood hanging rack is for display purposes only and is not included.) Ideally, this piece should be displayed in a window allowing light to show through.
Contains 85 pieces of individually hand-cut glass Completed September 3, 2021 for donation to Chanute's Safari Museum Gala Auction 2021.
