TRADITIONAL BOLIVIAN DINNER HOSTED BY THE SMILES FOREVER BOARD

Join us for an authentic Bolivian dinner with the Smiles Forever Board at The Aranibar Family's beautiful home on Lake Washington. We will prepare a meal of traditional Silpancho, a dish made with meat pastry, served with fried eggs, potatoes, white rice and carrot, and beetroot salad. One of the best dishes to eat in Bolivia to regain strength.

We will have Bolivian wine and cocktails to enjoy including a Chuflay, a traditional Bolivian cocktail prepared with a grape-distilled liquor called Singani, ginger ale and lemon. Singani is a traditional drink distilled from white Muscat of Alexandria grapes. It is produced only in the Bolivian high valleys and a popular cocktail offered at Bolivian restaurants and events. A great time to reminisce about your own memories in Bolivia or develop an appreciation of the country and traditions. If booked during the summer months you can also cruise Lake Washington on the family boat.
