Arlington in the Fall

This moving work of photography pays tribute to the final resting place for many of our nation's greatest heroes, including more than 300,000 veterans of every American conflict, from the Revolutionary War to Iraq and Afghanistan.

It is with the deepest of respect and through the lens of veteran's perspective that this image was captured by the photographer. Dave, is a Navy Veteran who served in Desert Storm. When Dave began training at OFP, he was dealing with severe post-traumatic associated with his service. Dave was paired with his service dog Laddie, and together they trained for 48 weeks to became a OFP Certified Service Dog Team.

Operation Freedom Paws not only empowered Dave to dramatically improve his quality of life, it allowed him to live his purpose as OFP's Head Trainer. And now he empowers other veterans and first responders to step into the light and live their own purpose. This piece measures 24" x 16" and is mounted on metal.
