A four-course dinner for ten guests prepared in your home by acclaimed Chef Andy Howell.

Andy Howell began cooking in his teens at short-lived delis and burger joints. That part-time work for pocket money led him to what would become his life's calling as a chef, restaurateur, and ultimately private caterer. At the age of 20, the poetry major accepted an apprenticeship with Chef Bob DeCapri of the beloved Caffe di Pagliacci and Brass Knocker fames. Two years later, he went on to work under Master Chef Paul Elbling at La Petite France. In 1990, armed with an entrepreneurial spirit and the drive to be part of the Richmond culinary landscape, Andy built his first restaurant, The Zeus Gallery Cafe. Renovating the space, developing the concept, hiring a worthy staff, cooking inventive food, and gleaning the humility of professional foodservice, all turned out to be his strengths. He would add Petersburg's Portabella, Avenue 805, Cafe Rustica, and Camden's Dogtown Market to his list of accomplishments before buying a small farm in Cumberland County, VA where he is growing vinifera grapes, apple trees, and running a purposely small catering company, CBS Catering.

Chef Howell will provide the cutlery, plates and glassware if desired by winner.

Date for dinner to be mutually agreed upon and determined at least one month ahead. Menu to be agreed upon between Chef Howell and winner.

To be used within one year.
