Join us as we introduce Northern Arizona residents to Arizona's only free, comprehensive program providing emotional support services to community members and their loved ones affected by cancer at any age, any stage, and any diagnosis.

Risks of Opting for In-Person Services: You understand that by coming to the CSCAZ office or attending any in-person programs, you are assuming the risk of exposure to COVID-19 (or other public health risk). This risk may increase if you travel by public transportation, cab, or ridesharing service.
This credit is in addition to those you can receive for private school tuition and public school extra-curricular activities. You don't need to itemize your deductions to benefit from the credit.
