It takes two years, thousands of hours, and tens of thousands of dollars to raise and train each guide dog. All Fidelco guide dogs are provided at no cost to clients, thanks to generous support from donors like you.

Birthday: 07/06/2018

Lilly has gorgeous fluffy ears and an explosion of a tail. She is extremely friendly to everyone (almost, she is a good judge of character) when off-duty. Her favorite thing is a belly rub which she solicits when we are in the house. She will flop down in front of me and lie on her back with a look of anticipation. She is affection motivated rather than food motivated and does not beg.

She loves going to the park when we are in Maine and she has a "younger boyfriend" Max who is a large, very well behaved shepherd about a year old. They love to chase each other in large circles, sometimes playing keep-away with a ball.

Lilly loves to snuggle up and watch movies. She barks when people come to the house, but when told it is okay, she greets all with a sniff looking for a pat. She is very patient and kind, and loved by all who know her.

I can't say enough about how wonderful she is. I am so lucky!
