The menu for this special evening will be thoughtfully created by two of our region's most renowned chefs, Chef Scott Ostrander of Origami Asian Grill and Chef Ramon Perez of Puur Chocolat. As the Co-Owner and Co-Executive Chef of Origami Asian Grill in East Sacramento, Chef Scott Ostrander possesses a culinary background in fine dining and curates a 6 person fine dining experience titled "The Chef's Counter" at Origami. Ramon Perez, Chef and owner of Puur Chocolat, worked at multiple 3 Stars Michelin restaurants in the Netherlands before landing in California to head up the pastry programs for the David Meyers Group and winning the Star Chefs International Pastry Competition. Recognized as one of the Top 10 Chocolatiers in North America by Dessert Professional Magazine, Puur combines the best in local ingredients with modern technique to create a unique and exciting chocolate experience.

Now, these distinguished chefs will bring their talents to you by designing and executing a custom menu featuring fresh, seasonal, and distinctive ingredients. The dinner will be complimented with cocktails and wine pairings to perfect the extraordinary and memorable evening!

Restrictions and Redemption

• Options for location of dinner include winner's home, Origami Asian Grill, or additional possibilities and is dependent on factors such as date of dinner and the kitchen/dining space of winner's home. Habitat and chefs will work with winner to choose most suitable venue.
