The Kitchen takes only one seating per evening - reservations are a coveted commodity in Sacramento, and New Year's Eve reservations are not yet available to the public. Guests will arrive at 8:00 pm and spend the next several hours experiencing an elaborate eight-course prix fixe menu, as well as hors d'oeuvres, Temple Coffee Roasters coffee, herbal tisane, and mignardises. The menu for each evening is based on a seasonal framework, with an emphasis on local and unique product and the New Year's Eve holiday menu is an elevated Kitchen experience beyond their already over the top dining production.
