Orangetheory is more than a gym! It's a total-body group workout that combines science, coaching and technology to guarantee maximum results from the inside out. The workout is heart rate-based interval training that includes cardio, rowing and strength training. You train through 5 heart rate zones designed to charge your metabolism for MORE caloric afterburn, MORE results, and MORE confidence, all to deliver you MORE LIFE. An Orangetheory workout is not a competition - it's a community!

The winning bidder will receive:

- A one year, "unlimited" membership (unlimited classes per month) to be redeemed by 6/30/23 at any local Orangetheory studio owned by Honors Holdings (currently 18 in MA/RI including Natick - see list below). The member can also work out at any of the 140 Orangetheory studios owned by Honors Holdings across the USA. In addition, for a drop-in fee, members may work out at hundreds of other Orangetheory locations (not owned by Honors Holdings) in the US or abroad;

- A gym bag which includes a heart monitor, water bottle, 2 towels, and a $250 gift certificate for Orangetheory branded Lululemon merchandise (redeemable at any Honors Holdings studio).
