Look forward to a wonderful dinner for 8 cooked in your home by Chef Luc Pierre Louis. The meal will include 6 bottles of wine that are paired with the menu. Chef Pierre Louis hails from humble beginnings in Haiti, where he learned to cook savory meals with his mother and grandmother. After emigrating to the United States, he started working as a dishwasher, then earned a Culinary Arts degree, and since then has cooked creative and delicious dishes for more than 20 years at Isabella Restaurant in Dedham. Doug Crossley, a local wine expert, will select 6 bottles of wine to go with the dinner.

Dinner will consist of an appetizer, salad, entree, and dessert. The Chef will offer the winner 3 options for each course and the final menu of one appetizer, one salad, one entree, and one dessert will be mutually agreed upon in advance. Six bottles of wine that enhance the menu selections will be provided. The winner will select a mutually agreeable date with the Chef by June 30, 2023, giving at least 30 days advance notice. Meal location must be in Metrowest Boston or South Shore.
