The house has 4 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, sleeps up to 11 people (including the living room pull-out sofa), and has WiFi and central air. (Sorry, no pets, no exceptions, due to allergies). Plum Island is a barrier island off the northern coast of Massachusetts with a National Wildlife Refuge and a State Park. The island is well-known as an outstanding birding spot, and kayaking has become one of the area's most popular sports. It is connected by bridge to the quaint and chic town of Newburyport, the oldest seaport in Massachusetts. There's a lot to look forward to - pack your bags!
