Photography of one adult ("Subject") for personal branding or portraiture. Subject may wear up to two outfits. Must be in NYC.

Duration: Up to 4 hours of photographer's time.

Deliverables: Five (5) web-ready selected images from the photoshoot.

Location Restrictions: This Photography Service Package is only for within the 5 Boroughs of New York City. Note that travel to Staten Island will incur extra fees. Photoshoot may be in the Subject's home, Subject's business, and/or outdoors, weather permitting. City rules and regulations governing outdoor photography will be honored. Locations that incur a fee (e.g. rental studio, Peerspace, etc.) shall be paid for by the Subject.

Availability & Scheduling: Date & Time of photoshoot is subject to the availability of Tom Weis. Additionally, the period from December 18, 2021 to January, 9 2022 is not available.

Expiration Date: This photography service package expires on March 27, 2022.

Statement of Copyright: Subject may use finished photos from this shoot for personal branding, display at home, on social media with the #tomweisphoto hashtag. Tom Weis retains copyrights to all images created, and may use them for personal promotional use online, on social media, etc.
